Matthew Todd Lauer (born December 30, 1957) is an American former television news personality, best known for his work with NBC News. After serving as a local news personality in New York City on WNBC, his first national exposure was as the news anchor for The Today Show from 1994 to 1997. In 1997, Lauer was moved from the news desk to the host's chair, and served as the co-host of NBC's Today show from 1997 to 2017. He was also a frequent contributor for the evening news magazine Dateline NBC. With NBC, Lauer hosted the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and co-hosted the opening ceremonies of several Olympic Games. In November 2017, Lauer's contract was terminated by NBC after the network reported receiving "a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace" and added that the network had "reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident."
Matt Lauer Seethes Watching ‘Today’ Cohosts Take on Olympics for NBC After Ousting: ‘Devastating’
Matt Lauer, who had been hugely invested in the Olympics, is hating the fact he won’t be covering the games in Paris. A source reveals to In Touch exclusively that it’s been gut wrenching for the presenter to watch others cover it and another painful reminder of how far he’s fallen. “It’s very agonizing for him being out in the cold, still,” the source says.
Matt, 66, first cohosted the Olympic Games in Beijing, back in 2008. Since then, he’s racked up an impressive resume befitting an Olympian presenter, including cohosting the 2010 Winter Olympics in Canada, the London 2012 Summer Games, 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and lastly the Olympic Games in Brazil in 2016. The source continues: “He cohosted the opening ceremonies of several Olympics, both summer and winter, and he was excellent at it, in his own estimation.”

Fired News Anchors Who Wouldn't Just Go Away
Matt Lauer was a controversial figure even before he was fired from "The TODAY Show," after multiple #MeToo accusations involving a button in his desk that locked his office door. Remember when he interviewed Anne Hathaway about "Les Miserables," opening with a remark about a photo taken up her dress? "Nice to see you. Seen a lot of you lately," he cracked (via YouTube). "What's the lesson learned from something like that?" he asked, as though it were her fault that a man violated her privacy. (The List 6/1/24)READ MORE>>>>>

Don Lemon (born March 1, 1966) is an American television journalist best known for being a host on CNN from 2014 until 2023. He anchored weekend news programs on local television stations in Alabama and Pennsylvania during his early days as a journalist. Lemon worked as a news correspondent for NBC on its programming, such as Today and NBC Nightly News. Lemon is also a recipient of an Edward R. Murrow Award in 2002 for his coverage of the capture of the Washington, D.C. snipers. He also received three regional Emmy Awards for his special report on real estate in Chicago and a business feature on craigslist. He joined CNN in 2006, also as a correspondent and later achieved prominence as the presenter of Don Lemon Tonight from 2014 to 2022. He most recently served as a co-host of CNN This Morning, alongside Kaitlan Collins and Poppy Harlow. After several on-air controversies and reports of alleged decades-long instances of sexism and misogyny he was fired from CNN in April 2023.
So, he’s called everyone who works in this building, “the enemy of the people,” right? We had pipe bombs sent because he kept calling us “the enemy of the people,” and that CNN was fake news.
Crooked Joe. Crooked Hillary. Crooked Kamala. Comrade Kamala. Deranged Jack Smith. Birdbrain Nikki Haley. Bloodbath if he’s not elected. There won’t be another election if he’s not elected. Bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. Poisoning the blood of our country. Destroying the blood of our country, which is something that was Hitler-esque. Communists. Marxists. Fascists. Left-leaning that live like vermin. Sons of bitches to NBA players. Shithole countries. Haiti was one and now he’s blaming Haitian immigrants for things. Blood coming out of her wherever as he talked about Megyn Kelly. And so if Donald Trump wants people, wants Kamala Harris and others to stop saying that he is a threat to democracy, then he should stop threatening democracy. Perhaps he shouldn’t be trying to overturn elections, overthrow the government, and inciting insurrections. -Don Lemon on CNN; 9/16/24

Don Lemon Returns to CNN and Tells Trump to ‘Stop Threatening Democracy’
Former CNN host Don Lemon returned to the network as a guest on Monday in his first appearance on CNN since being ousted in April 2023.vLemon appeared on OutFront, where he received a warm welcome from Erin Burnett. The former host promoted his new book about religion in America, I Was Once Lost. He reacted to the news that a would-be shooter was arrested after apparently aiming a rifle at former President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago golf course. The Secret Service said an agent engaged the armed man after spotting him about 300 to 500 yards from Trump, though he did not “have line of sight” on Trump.

October 19, 2024: Mark Lewis wrote: The less virtue the people have, the more they will need the government to control them. And again, the more government, the less freedom. This is exactly what the Left, in America and around the world, want: less “virtue” among the people. The government is the Left’s god, and the more societal chaos caused by evil people, the more government becomes necessary. Just what the Left ordered. Ed Note: "The government is the Left's god" is not true. In fact there are some very strong Christian voices in the USA Democrat Party. The right wing has demonized the "Left" in order to bolster their image as the only true Christians. |

Newsmax Host Is Now Sorry For Walking Out On 'Important Guest' Mike Lindell
Newsmax host Bob Sellers pulled a stunning about-face Wednesday after walking out on conspiracy-spewing Mike Lindell during an interview. The anchor apologized for the dramatic exit and called the Trump-supporting MyPillow CEO a “friend of the network” and “an important guest.” (See the video below.) In a shocking viral moment earlier this week, Sellers attempted to silence Lindell as the bedding mogul ranted about what even the far-right network host called unsubstantiated election fraud claims. When that didn’t work, Sellers walked off the set, leaving colleague Heather Childers to finish the chat. Newsmax remains firmly in the camp of ex-President Donald Trump, but has eased away from some of the lies asserted by Trump and his allies. That includes Lindell’s falsehoods about rigged Dominion Voting Systems machines. The company has threatened legal action against Newsmax, prompting the network to stop repeating the voting machine claim and to police its guests’ comments. (Dominion also has sent a cease-and-desist warning to Lindell, but it hasn’t stopped him.) (Yahoo 2/4/21) READ MORE>>>>>

We can only speculate that Lindell is referring to a scenario whereby if Trump created enough chaos with respect to the election that the House of Representatives would have allowed one elector each from 50 states to determine the presidency, but that notion was attenuated at the time and this far down the road, it’s on a par with science fiction and fantasy. This simply does not exist in the real world.

As the popularity of the tour grew and the demand for Clark to appear on various media outlets rose, someone sent him the Kim Clement prophecy from April 20, 2013, that seems to have a clear connection to his calling to reawaken America. It mentions a "man by the name of Mr. Clark," and says in part, "You have been determined through your prayers to influence this nation. You're watching me; you're an influential person. The Spirit of God says, 'Hear the word of the prophet to you as a king, I will open that door that you prayed about.'"
In essence, it is Christian Nationalism in its formative stages in the Charismatic movement today. Clay Clark is a part of the "Reawaken America" (being sponsored by Charisma Magazine) tour. To begin with, a prophecy only points to revelation about Jesus Christ. Clark, for the record, is NOT Jesus...though he appears to claim a relationship. Kim Clement is a faux self-proclaimed prophet and has been spewing pro-Trump "prophecies" for a few years now. Don't be deceived. Clark is a grifting charlatan who uses worse from the Bible to meet his end. Good and bad things came out of the Charismatic Movement...but more bad than good...and a lot of hurt people who may have walked away from God forever because of it. Fellow members of Reawaken America include Michale Flynn, Roger Stone, Mike Lindell, Sam Sorbo, Sidney Powell, Alan Keyes, Alex Jones, Lara Logan and Ken Paxton, among others.
The thing that makes people like Cark dangerous is that they believe they are on a mission from God.

"It is an absolutely catastrophic attack on critical infrastructure and you cannot see it because a cyberattack is unseen, just like the attack on 2020, on the voting machines that you cannot see."(Raw Story 3/26/24) READ MORE>>>>>

Qanon devotee, Lara Logan, told host Eric Bolling that “the open border is Satan’s way of taking control of the world,” and later added that the world’s elites “want us eating insects and cockroaches” while they “dine on the blood of children.” Hence, Newsmax dropped her and say they will not have her on again. Logan was actually dumped by Fox news when she drew a parallel between Dr. Anthony Fauci and the infamous Nazi “angel of death” doctor Josef Mengele. Logan is a former 60 minutes correspondent ..and seems to be running out of places she can spew her nonsense.

NPR forced to apologize after boosting Media Matters' lie that National Review editor used 'racial slur'
NPR has apologized after boosting the Media Matters lie that National Review's Rich Lowry used a racial slur on Megyn Kelly's show when he fumbled over the words "migrants" and "immigrants," making some launch the false accusation that he said the n-word in a September 15 show with Kelly. The outlet came out with a story dedicated to apologizing for originally headlining, "Conservative editor-in-chief appears to use racial slur to refer to Haitian migrants" after Lowry, who even addressed the word mix-up prior to the story getting drafted. The outlet, after recognizing its mistake, changed the headline to "Conservative editor-in-chief says mispronunciation led to accusations of using slur." (Post Millenial 10/5/24) READ MORE>>>>>
