"And during the debate, I mentioned that and David Muir, a real lightweight. I had one against three, but I think we did great. But David Muir of ABC, fake news, when I said that crime is way up in our country, he corrected me, he corrected me and so much and it was right what I said. He didn't correct [Kamala Harris] one time, and what she said was wrong, absolutely wrong. So many different— Charlottesville, she was wrong, all of the different things, almost everything she said, and she was never corrected. But he corrected me on crime. He said, ‘No, no, crime has not gone up.' I said crime has gone up massively. He said, 'I'd like to state for the record that crime has not gone up."Now you don't know this, but we had a deal with ABC that there will be no corrections of any kind, and they violated the deal. Why? Because they're bad people, and they're fake news. So he did it many times to me during the debate. He violated the deal. That's the deal, because you can take anything and try and make up stories with it. We had a deal where that wouldn't happen. You could do whatever you wanted as soon as the debate was over, but he did it in total violation of what our agreement was. And a lot of people standing right over there [as he looked toward his staff] will tell you exactly what it was, will show you what it was. David Muir has lost all credibility.......(On Linsey David)....I never heard of her. I never want to hear of her. She was terrible. I don't know how she ever got her job in the first place. But we have a country to save, and we can't have fake news like that. And his ratings deserve to go down." --Donald Trump, speaking from Trump Tower in New York City 9/26/24

Alan Dershowitz Blasts Lawyers In Trump Ballot Case
Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz panned the performance of the attorneys arguing before the Supreme Court Thursday, saying they gave “B-minus performances.” Attorneys for former President Donald Trump and Colorado gave oral arguments in an appeal of a Dec. 19 ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court disqualifying him from that state’s presidential primary ballot, citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Dershowitz accused Trump’s lawyer of “dropping the ball.” (Tampa Free Press 1/8/24) READ MORE>>>>> |

In an interview with Newsmax, Dershowitz says, "I'm the only person who was ever accused who wants all the information out for good reason." In the interview, he states that since the day he met Epstein until the day he died, he's only had sex with one woman, his "wonderful wife."

Dershowitz joins Miami Herald effort to get full list of Epstein ‘John Does’ unsealed
MIAMI — Famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz has asked the judge in a previously settled and sealed libel suit involving Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime girlfriend, to unseal a full list of “J. Does” — associates of the sex-trafficking multimillionaire who were named in the course of the litigation. The judge this week unsealed the file — and released the first 1,000 pages of documents — but did not provide a who’s-who index of those who had come up as witnesses, victims or colleagues of the notorious couple. Dershowitz, who was a friend of and lawyer for the late financier, is piggybacking on a motion made by The Miami Herald, which spent years in court trying to get the full, unredacted file unsealed, finally succeeding this week. Even Lou Dobbs seems tired of the Hunter Biden investigation
The Republican Party’s evidence-less investigation of Hunter Biden’s business affairs continues to reveal … nothing new or criminal on the part of President Joe Biden. Rep. Andy Biggs is on the Republican Hunter Biden fishing expedition committee, which is chaired by Rep. James Comer. Biggs went on “Lou Dobbs Tonight” to discuss all of the nothing he has been able to find on Joe and Hunter Biden. Biggs tells Dobbs that while they think Hunter Biden is guilty of something, they clearly do not have enough evidence to do anything legal about it. Dobbs, whose painting of Howdy Doody in the attic must look ancient by now, seems pretty fed up with it all.

He followed up the posts with a scream-of-consciousness call to Fox News, filibustering Bret Baier and Martha McCallum for 10 minutes until Baier abruptly cut him off to throw to the Greg Gutfeld comedy show.
